This included training me throughout my first pregnancy; he certainly made appropriate modifications, and probably kept me from working out to hard. He also adapted my program to keep my back strong to allow for the coming belly weight. I never had any back aches or pains, and was healthy and strong for delivery. After my son was born, the time I had to devote to fitness was extremely limited, compared to the time I had spent in the past. I trained with Anthony one-on-one 3 times per week, and did some running/walking 2 or so other days.
