Achieving your fitness goals is a wonderfully rewarding experience that takes unwavering commitment, determination, resolve, and the right start.
Evolve Into Fitness will motivate you to maintain the proper attitude toward the life changing path you are about to embark on. We know this environment will support your success. Anthony has everything you need to succeed, whether you want to get stronger, increase performance, reach your ideal body weight, or get energized!
You will be happy with your transformation with us. Although, it will be challenging and perhaps frustrating at times, you have all the support, motivation, community, and friends to get you through the hard times.

Anthony is available for home coaching in Goshen, Chester, Monroe, and at Wellness Springs in Highland Mills, NY.
Start with an Initial one-hour coaching session.
A 60 minute coaching session with Anthony.
Anthony will listen to understand your goals and current environment and experiences.
He will explain how Evolve into Fitness and CrossFit GPS works (packages, fees and policy.)
You will take part in a Movement Analysis. This will help Anthony determine your unique needs and strengths, to help him develop the appropriate program for you.
You will learn and experience exercises you may do at home the very next day!
You will be introduced to the healthy way of eating that our body was designed for and responds to best. That means lasting health and faster results for you!
PLUS!
One scheduled follow-up phone call per week, for four weeks! Execute new eating habits and exercises with confidence, knowing that Anthony will answer your questions!
This initial one-hour coaching session is $65.00
and then you may choose from...
30-minute individual coaching session
You will train one-on-one with Anthony for thirty minutes per session. He will create the appropriate training program specific to your goals and needs. Anthony will also guide you toward proper eating habits. This option is perfect for everyone who has decided to make a change once and for all.
60-minute individual coaching session
You will train one-on-one with Anthony for sixty minutes per session. He will create the appropriate training program specific to your goals and needs. Anthony will also guide you toward proper eating habits. This option is perfect for everyone, especially if you are new to crossfit. This package allows for more time to work on the skills associated with CrossFit and athletic movement.
60-minute duet coaching session
Bring a friend, have fun and save a ton! Nothing changes from the 60-minute individual coaching sessions, except you are coached wit another client, friend, spouse, or family member. This package is perfect for a couple of people with similiar goals who can commit to the same time and place for the duration of the package!
The Evolving System Level 1:
Group Training at Wellness Springs
This is series of eight, one-hour sessions. In a group of 5-10 people you will learn movements and strategies that will get you results!

What are CrossFit Group packages?
Fun, friends, community,commrodery, sweat, and tears! Each session is one-hour. CrossFit groups are 3-6 people consistently meeting at the same place and time. You get CrossFit coaching and nutritional guidance. A wonderfully supportive and motivating atmosphere is cultivated within these groups! You may enter a group after a period of individual coaching or by creating your own.
